Stephanie Lester is the Director of Client Consulting for Unified Trust Company, serving in that role since 2018. Prior to her current position, Mrs. Lester was an Internal Consultant and Director of the Internal Sales Team for the Retirement Plan Consulting Group for eight years. Mrs. Lester has 12 years of industry experience.
Mrs. Lester received a BBA in Finance from the University of Kentucky Carol Martin Gatton College of Business & Economics in 2007. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Morehead State University and received the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) credential through ASPPA in 2013.
She is responsible for developing and leading the execution of strategic business initiatives including client service, plan conversions and client retention. Mrs. Lester works closely with independent retirement plan advisors and plan sponsors by consulting on fiduciary, investment and operational issues relating to Unified Trust’s qualified plan services.
