Christina Crawford is the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Unified Trust Company and has been with the company for 19 years and has over 28 years of industry experience. Ms. Crawford leads the Risk & Fiduciary Management Department and is responsible for the oversight of Enterprise Risk Management, Vendor Management and compliance activities. She works closely with the Board of Directors and senior management to identify, communicate and assess risk as well as establish controls to mitigate risk. Ms. Crawford is also the Bank Secrecy Act Officer, Chairperson of the Risk & Fiduciary Committee, member of the Trust Executive Committee, and member of the Trust Investment Committee.
Prior to her role as CRO, Ms. Crawford was the Director of Mutual Fund Operations and Product Owner of the company’s proprietary FIRSTRAC system for tracking revenue share, commissions and client billing. She was responsible for trading operations, vendor relationships, Mutual Fund Investment Company relationships, project management and execution. Before joining Unified Trust Company, Ms. Crawford was the Operations Officer for Bankers’ Bank of Kentucky, responsible for daily operations and asset management.
Ms. Crawford attended Murray State University and graduated from the Western Kentucky University Financial Management Institute. She currently holds the Qualified Plan Fiduciary Consultant (QPFC) designation and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation.
